(for students 7 years and up)Prof. Min Kyeong Kim The Lambda pre-junior violin ensemble provides a unique opportunity for young string players to rehearse and perform in a mutually supportive setting under the guidance of an experienced string professor. Development of chamber ensemble skills in tandem with individual instrumental study from early stages of learning is quintessential to the cultivation of musicianship, team spirit, as well as the development of stage experience and confidence.The Lambda Pre-Junior Violin Ensemble is an important part of the Lambda Teaching Method, in which students study their instruments through both individual and group classes. Students are encouraged to join this ensemble as soon as they have grasped basic skills in playing the violin.
